My Story
Hello, my name is Don Kitto, I had near on 30 years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and worked withing various sections of the bank, Each role requited strong interpersonal skills and a neat appearance. Over the years of working with the CBA, I was often acknowledged for the achieving outstanding results., and pride myself on my high work ethic, I spent 6 months on a project team developing a new internal processing system which shows my initiative and creativity. Previous work experience includes a 6 year term with Gribble Pathology, working as a medical courier on and nights and weekends. This was a role I thoroughly enjoyed line of work... The last 15 years of working with the Commonwealth bank was in third party banking looking after mortgage brokers. 11 Years residential with the home loan target of a billion dollars from 250 brokers. My role as a business development manager was to educate and encourage brokers to use Commonwealth Bank for their customers home loans, I then moved across to Business banking and looked after Commercial loans and property development originated from brokers and then became a broker myself. I joined Aussie home loans and worked their for 2 years during covid then left to start my own business. Obtained a role as a home finance manager with Westpac before joining a company that managed pressure mattresses for vulnerable patients at a major hospital which included manging a fleet of staff and the training for the hospitals managing the relationships with the hospitals to ensure smooth running of the business
